Get the Best Value for Your Money with Our Refurbished Tools

 Picture

If you are looking for the best analytical tools on the market but are afraid the cost may be prohibitive, please consider our refurbished tools that still carry the Micromanipulator name but are more affordable.  These products may be from our active product upgrade and trade-in program, or products we have used for demonstration purposes.  Regardless they offer significant savings over the cost of brand new models as well as the assurance of factory warranties, and support and performance guarantees.

One current probe station on our website is the Model 6200 series, which is Micromanipulator’s most widely used probe station by any manufacturer.  The compact, reliable prober is compatible with our line of quality accessories including probe positioners, thermal chucks, probe holders and tips, and offers an excellent, economical foundation on which to build a complete probing system.  Features include a permanently planarized stage & vacuum chuck; coarse & fine stage translation controls X & Y; and fine and fast lift platen controls in Z.  The refurbished 6200 also offers an independent microscope lift and compound microscope.  In fact you will find this is an excellent example of the stability, precision and ease of use Micromanipulator has built its reputations on.

Additionally we have a refurbished, exclusive H1000 Hot Chuck available that is suitable for all Micromanipulator probe stations.  For -65° to 400°C temperature ranges, and up to 300mm versions, our H100 thermal chuck has a high planarity, low expansion design.  With configurations ranging from coaxial to triaxial, high power, probe station or stand alone, the host programmable H1000 is a proven platform.

The Micromanipulator Company constantly acquires demo and refurbished equipment that can save you thousands on probe systems.  However while we try to add current tools to the website; the best way to find out about all available options is to contact us with specifics about your testing needs.  From there we will try to find just what you need.  Our team looks forward to hearing from you.

Buy Your Analytical Probing Tools from a Company with a Record of Success!

 Picture

With a history that includes inventing analytical probing in 1956, to today, where we have established a significant global presence with a substantial product installation base, we are proud to have the support of our customers.  One reason behind our success is not only our precision-engineered products but a laser-sharp focus on customer service and support.  In fact, Micromanipulator’s philosophy has always included the belief that our success is based on the success of our customers.

Of course none of this would be possible without a team with the expertise and foresight to deliver tools that let customers produce the innovations of the future.  Our many industry firsts include pioneering the integration of thermal chucks with probe stations as well as introducing the broadest temperature range and most advanced, non-operator dependent performance available on today’s market.  In fact our exclusive H1000 series thermal wafer chucks offers the best planarity and lowest noise as well as the lowest cost of ownership.

We are proud to provide a system approach that removes the “burden of performance” on users, and lets them focus on their data, not the prober.  Micromanipulator also makes it easy for customers to outfit their probe stations to meet the demands of the application with vibration isolation, thermal management, and materials selections as well as flexible, open architectures.  Our selection includes high-quality microscopes, light and noise shields, vibration isolation, DC and RF measurement hardware and a probe positioner that meets all your needs.

Meet Our Proprietary, Exclusive Thermal Chucks

 Picture

The Micromanipulator Company is proud of the fact that the semiconductor industry has trusted us for 65 years to design, engineer and manufacture all of the tools they count on. Our extensive history and expertise allows us to be a huge asset in our customers’ success today; as we look forward to addressing tomorrow’s semiconductor testing needs for many years to come.

So why buy a Micromanipulator thermal chuck?  Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that we have been manufacturing thermal chuck systems for more than 40-years!  In fact our background includes not only pioneering the integration of thermal chucks with probe stations, but we continue to lead the industry with the broadest available temperature range and the most advanced, non-operator dependent performance available on the market today.

Features of the Micromanipulator H1000 Thermal System include the best planarity at temperature, a sputter platinum surface, and the best isolation at temperature.  Configurations include Coaxial, Triaxial, and High Power.  It is host programmable and offers probe station or stand-alone capabilities.  The H1000 is ambient to:  400°C;   0° to 400° C;   -65° to 400° C.

Highlights also include fast ramp rates, and a cooled radiator that improves safety and stage integration.  Our thermal chucks are upgradeable as your needs change and support 150 to 300 mm wafers in coaxial or triaxial configurations.  Choose an AC heating supply for fast heating when chuck noise in the femtoamp level is not needed, or a DC heating supply to achieve the very lowest level measurements.  In addition there are three cooling options.  The most economical is the C1000 simple heat exchanger (HE) cooling for high (above ambient) testing and offers rapid cool down of the chuck after a heat cycle is finished. The C1000 zero degree option is for testing to zero degrees C.  The third choice is the HC1000 high performance cooling system to test at temperatures down to -65 degrees C.

While headquartered in Carson City, Nevada, our products are readily available to customers across the globe.  We have sale centers located throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico as well as Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.  Therefore regardless of your location, we have area sales reps available to help you purchase our high-quality products.  Contact us to learn more.
